The Ellen MacArthur Foundation is an excellent resource for anyone interested in the circular economy. If you want to learn more about this area, I cannot think of a better place to start.
- The U.S. Plastics Pact is an ambitious project, led by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, focused on a circular economy for plastics. It involves some of the biggest producers and users of plastics in the world, including The Coca-Cola Company, Mars, Target, Walmart, and many others. An explicit goal of the organization is to make all plastic packaging reusable, recyclable, or compostable by 2025.
Georgia Tech’s Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business has an active speaker series, along with many other opportunities for students and researchers.
